• CONSCIOUSNESS SPEAKS •

Universal Consciousness appears in many guises and gives voice to Itself in many ways and forms. All existence expresses consciousness in frequency vibrations emanating from deep silence to the noise and rhythms of a city beginning a new day of commerce. Depending where our consciousness is stationed and where our attention goes we will experience this as a vibrant, exciting and energizing symphony of sound or a cacophony of irritating noises. Most of us have run the gamut of responses to city life. For some the deep quiet of rocks in the silence of the desert is solace to our souls and yet others find the absence of sound unnerving and disquieting.

Finding the place of deep inner silence has been an often elusive quest for those on a spiritual path. Frequently there is some inner struggle to stop thinking, rather than simply withdrawing attention from the ongoing stream of thoughts, images and random vague ideas. Most of the spiritual teachings on my path have emphasized a shift in identity as the key to freedom from the duality of conflictual mind. Believe me, when I say, there is nothing like sitting day after day in the silence of a meditation retreat to make one aware of the crazy insanity of the everyday human mind. Blessedly, a shift from identifying with the thoughts we entertain, to identifying with the thinker of thoughts can establish within us "the peace which passes all understanding." This is known as the self-inquiry method. "Who am I?" "Who is having this experience?" 'Who lives, who dies?" It points the way to the "Presence" or Universal Consciousness within us all and within all that Is. The Mystical I. The One.

There are many levels and components of mind all of them created and used by The One Consciousness to participate in various aspects and dimensions of reality. Different perceptions and perspectives are generated by where the attention of consciousness is stationed at any given moment. Our mind allows us to experience individuality. Individual consciousness exists within the Greater or Universal One Mind. As we integrate a more universal sense of self we open our awareness to an expanded perception of our identity, beyond the logical reasoning of our functional mind. The reasoning function is an integral component of mind and to be respected for the invaluable role it plays in grounding, integrating and communicating higher intelligence. Without it we are 'spacey' and unable to manifest inspirations and information from the higher mind.

Communicating and having discourse with the expanded levels of mind have humbled and fascinated me. I bow before the identities of those souls who are here in human disguise, performing unseen and unrecognized service to the planet. Usually this is beyond the conscious awareness of the personal identity. However, the higher consciousness seems eager to dialogue with me and impress upon the personality who they truly are and what untapped resources are available to them. Each person holds significant imprints, keys and codes awaiting expression in the dimensions of reality we now observe unfolding.

I have discovered that communication occurs from the identity level most accessible to the personality. To some this is a simple shift of attention and a higher consciousness is speaking and heard by the personality. Others require a longer time to access deeper parts of Self and often will remain unconscious of what is being said. I believe there is a purpose in this as many people could not consciously handle the magnitude of their mission here. And so I speak to whichever level of consciousness gives me permission, they all have priceless information and direction.

The Higher Self is usually readily available, as is the subconscious. The Solar Angel is often an intermediary to step down energy information from the divine dimensions. Sometimes this is encoded into the consciousness and becomes available at the appropriate time. An Oversoul may show up to unify aspects of consciousness and integrate various disparate soul parts into a cohesive purpose . Or, to explain the many levels of service each part plays in the identities beyond the known incarnation. All of these intelligences are part of the all-knowing , omniscient super-consciousness present before any you existed and will be present when all individual souls are no more. The Eternal, Universal, Infinite Cosmic Logos we call God. This "Presence" permeates all levels of consciousness always, all ways, no matter how remote it seems to our personal identity.

• Fields of Dreams •

One of the comments I hear from many discouraged and disenchanted Lightworkers is that after years spent re-programming their thoughts, chanting I Am decrees and developing an attitude of gratitude and goodwill to all; the reality they experience is only minimally affected. This is especially so around the issues of abundance and prosperity, physical health and appearance.

There is, of course, a vast network of influences always affecting the dreamscape or hologram in which we participate. One of these, the morphogenetic fields or form-holding particles is always a full dimensional frequency band below the frequency held by us. What this means is that although our consciousness and frequency is now in the 5th dimensional or higher range we are perceiving a hologram-reality created by the mass consciousness still mostly vibrating and projecting at a 3rd dimensional frequency.

The thoughts we generated 10 years ago leave an energetic imprint in the morphogenetic field and that is what shows up before our eyes now. The good news is we do have creative control over what we are projecting into the hologram in this present moment and that allows our hologram to morph into a new matrix or form holding pattern I call the Golden Age Matrix.

I can provide a graphic example of this from when I was younger and had a perfectly well proportioned body, 130lbs and 5"6." I always thought of myself as overweight and worked at losing 10-20 lbs. Now I weigh that much more!! Of course there are other causes of weight fluctuations but when I ask "how much of my weight gain is caused by the thoughts I projected on my body", the answer is 70%. It took prolonged thought to manifest this and will only dissolve very slowly as matching thoughts in the mass consciousness help to sustain the "overweight hologram".

The same reality construct exists around abundance and security. When I was making $100,000 a year I was always anxious and focused on financial security. Now I have no financial security and no anxiety about it! Trust has developed at a level that has nothing to do with numbers in a bank. In fact, once when I was juggling figures to make ends meet, they all rose up off my legal pad and did a dance before my eyes. I had the instant realization that they were only imbued with the meaning I ascribed to them!!

This is the actual mechanics of creating our reality and co-creating a Golden Age of Peace and Abundance. The change often predicted as in a "twinkling of an eye" will happen when the particle spin of all the form-holding fields of dreams shift in rotation (45 degrees, the angle of creation) to reveal the dream/hologram we have been envisioning as the new world. Heaven manifests on Earth and as we have been told for over 2000 years, the keys to this Kingdom do indeed lie within. --within our consciousness, our frequencies and the thoughts we are projecting or dreaming into form. Hold true to your faith in the new dream! It will come!

• Transformation through Awareness •

Every thought we think now, merges with similar thoughts, (like attracts like), and it is beneficial to catch the denser, slower moving particles and transform them with our current enlightened awareness. The really dense, slow particles are all those things like karmic imprints and past traumatic dramas which left to them selves during the current acceleration we are experiencing can manifest in various unpleasant ways. Once again, there is good news to be had, for never has it been easier to transform these pockets of contracted, dense energy. Our willingness is supported beyond anything we cam imagine. Trust the beneficence!

Awareness is that part of us eternally awake and one with the creative power we call God. It is our unconditioned natural state and has a Reality beyond all relativity and dimension. When this enlightened state touches any density with total acceptance, it lightens it, increases the frequency and particle spin and completely transforms that which has separated and contracted away from awareness.

The dense energy is finally acknowledged, integrated and assimilated by the light of awareness and no longer has a separate reality that needs to manifest in order to be transmuted

Meditation

• AS soon as it is practical, when your attention is awakened to a pocket of dense, unredeemed energy.
• Take a pause from everything else.
• Find the soft spot at the center of your heart and penetrate to the awake Presence of God within you.
• Then with great gentleness and resolute intent, symbolically concentrate and distill this love and awakened insight into just one finger.
• Let the finger become so charged that it begins to exude an elixir of distilled love on a laser beam of light.
• Direct this transforming light to touch all places of density where fear, pain, memory, limitation or contraction has congealed.
• Let everything from the sphere of separation and illusion be drawn forth and touched by the essence of love and the light of your aware total acceptance.
• Bring everything into unity with that sweet soft spot which is the essence of your enlightened awareness.
• Breathe and allow the dense to dissolve into clear light

It is the animating Spirit of new life carried on the movement of chi, prana or pneuma We are now riding a wave of unprecedented cosmic energies washing us ashore on the threshold of a new world. This wave is a mighty photon beam carrying stellar, solar and galactic frequencies essential to our transformation into a higher expression of life. Just as your first breath gave you this present life so can your breath, used consciously now take you through the gateways to a Golden Age. The Quickening breath trains the body to withstand faster and faster oscillations of light until it mimics the particle spin the physical cells need to dissolve into light and reassemble at the frequency of the 5th dimensional light body. Quickening the particle spin an all our cells is ordained in order for us to pass through the great Stargates and light thresholds with our physical bodies intact and vibrating at a faster frequency. Breathing in unison with one another unites us through our hearts and soul connections and stabilizes the ultimate ground of our being where we are one with God and our particular vibration within That totality. There; we are part of a Buddhafield characterized by the morphic resonance transmitted by those Masters who have reached enlightenment and the Ascended State. Feedback loops are initialized which open the way to our highest potential. Choice points are highlighted. They guide and direct us toward the threshold horizon magnetically drawing us into the magnificence of the Golden Age Matrix.

Q. How much 5th dimensional energy must we assimilate in order to ascend? Answer. 100% of the next octave in frequency must be assimilated this is the essential meaning of ascension. We also have to integrate all our multi-dimensional soul aspects. Building dimensional frequencies into our energy fields allows us to move up the dimensional scale. This is also the process the planet is going through.

Q. Must the ego die for ascension to happen, Is it the same as enlightenment? Answer. The ego does not die but becomes integrated into the I Am Presence or Higher Self. The personality traits, habits and characteristics remain but are no longer used to defend or aggrandize the separated self. They serve God or the greater Self. Enlightenment is ascension of consciousness through all the finer and rarefied dimensional frequency fields until the sense of a separated self dissolves and there is only unity with Everything and Nothing. I AM THAT. There are gradations of this. Ascension means this process is integrated into the physical body, transforming the density into light and bringing I AM THAT here.
